Providing Quality Childcare in the Portes du Soleil.
Our staff have always been our best resource – we search for people who have the essential qualities of professionalism, maturity and common sense, and just as importantly a desire to work with children. They have a happy and easy going disposition, and put having fun firmly on the agenda, while always place the safety and well being of your children foremost.
Our staff come from a variety of backgrounds – early years, nursing, education, leisure. They may not all have a statutory qualification, although many do, but all will have at least 6 months in a formal childcare setting i.e. other than home babysitting.
Our selection process involves interview by the Business Leader, a reference from someone who must know the nanny in a childcare situation, and a DBS enhanced disclosure.
